How does the Level Notifications work?

The bot will refresh character data every 6 hours and check if any of them have leveled up and notify the channel you set if anyone leveled.

Why isn’t my character showing up?

Check that your character name is spelled correctly and that it exists in the selected region (NA).

Does this bot support EU?

No! Currently only NA worlds are supported on the discord bot.

What if someone untracks everyone do i loose all the saved data?

No! We backup the saved character data once a day so just come to the support discord and we can restore you saved data.

Why doesnt it NOT show the level in /tracked?

This can happen if you do bosslog commands or other commands before you track the character with /track (IGN), ALWAYS TRACK CHARACTERS BEFORE ANY OTHER COMMANDS!
